Part Four: Measure

Using Sustainability Analytics To Build Your Business Case

Data is being collected and outcomes are being assessed from your pilot sustainability initiatives, now how do you develop a payback period, cost/benefit analysis, an on-board monitoring system, and a business case that convinces stakeholders for continued investment for rollout and additional projects?  As a direct continuation and companion workshop to SGA 201, this workshop is delivered in-person to the same group of 6 – 15 participants and provides training in the processes and skills required to analyze the data being collected, displaying the periodic data for ongoing monitoring and evaluation, and developing a business case for the next level of investment for your sustainability strategy.   The workshop content is intended for any size company, sector, and leadership capacity and requires completion of SGA 202.

Takeaways from the workshop include more clarity on how to analyze data being collected on your projects, how to display the information for ongoing monitoring and evaluation, and how to create and present a business case demonstrating the impact and value of your sustainability initiatives.  Outside work prior to the workshop is required from participants.

Duration:  3 hours.
