Part Two: Plan

Choosing the Right Path for Your Sustainability Strategic Plan

Organizations of any size or type require a basic understanding of their current state in their market in relation to their competition, consumer demand, and available supply chains in tune with your own expectations.  Delivered in-person to a group of 6 – 15 participants, this workshop provides an insightful view of how your organization is positioned, in the marketplace, what degree of change is required to meet stakeholder expectations, and which realistic activities you can implement before proceeding with more detailed assessments and developing your sustainability strategic plan.  The workshop content is intended for any size company, sector, and leadership capacity and requires completion of SGA 101.

Takeaways from the workshop include more clarity on the direction of your organization’s sustainability goals, criteria for obtaining stakeholder, consumer, and supply chain feedback, and a preliminary roadmap of your 1, 3, and 5 year achievements towards your sustainability goals.
